A Message From Steve and Donna Brigham Dear Friends, For the past 20 years, it has been our privilege to establish, develop, and operate the North San Diego County treasure that is now well-known as Buena Creek Gardens. We are proud of what we’ve done in those 20 years, and we are happy to say that we have achieved nearly all of our original goals for the Gardens during that time. For two years now, we have been searching for someone to take over our work here, so that we can move to our new “dream home” in Kingston, Washington. Now, we have succeeded in that quest because of Steve and Shari Matteson. Think of Steve and Shari as “the folks who saved Buena Creek Gardens” – because that’s exactly who they are. They are true plant, animal, and Nature people just like we are. They were the ones that wanted to continue our mission here, and run the Gardens just like we have. Donna and I are still going to be very much a part of this business. We will work closely with Steve and Shari in the future as advisors. Right now, for example, we are hard at work getting all the plants in the Gardens labeled and data-based – a big plus for you, our loyal customers. Steve and Shari are the ones who deserve your praise and support now. Come visit them here to wish them well and offer your support – you will find that nothing has changed, and it’s still the same Buena Creek Gardens that you’ve known and loved for years – the only change in the future will be that the Gardens are going to get even better!

have introduced ourselves over the years. We hope you enjoy our
